• Free in-home consultations and measurements
• Custom manufacturing and installation
• Product warranties as specified
• Professional installation services

3. Orders and Payment

All orders require a deposit as specified at the time of sale. Payment terms are as follows:

• 50% deposit required to begin production
• Final payment due upon installation completion
• We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards
• Financing options available to qualified buyers

4. Cancellations and Returns

Due to the custom nature of our products:

• Orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun
• Custom-made products are non-refundable
• Defective products will be replaced at no charge
• Installation issues will be corrected promptly

5. Installation

Professional installation is included with your purchase. Our certified installers will:

• Contact you to schedule installation
• Complete installation within the agreed timeframe
• Ensure proper fit and function
• Clean up all installation materials

6. Warranties

7. Limitation of Liability
